Adam is a flight attendant with over 21 years of inflight experience, including 10 years with Southwest Airlines. After the “Tray Pal” disappeared during COVID, he saw a real need for a simple tool to help crews stay organized during beverage service.
To fill that gap, Adam created the Service Gator — a practical clip that keeps drink order sheets visible and secure on the tray during service. What started as a solution for his own workflow quickly became a tool he shared with others across the base.
Driven by a passion for helping fellow crew members succeed, Adam has donated hundreds of Service Gators and sold many more at below cost so new hire classes can start strong with the right tools in hand.
